Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Cornerstone Truss & Components is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Floor Table Assistants. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll help build high-quality floor trusses that support residential and commercial construction projects throughout New England.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid, on-the-job training. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the assembly of floor trusses using production drawings.
- Position and align lumber accurately for assembly.
- Install truss plates and prepare materials for production.
- Support an efficient and organized production process.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Construction, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
