Are you the “computer expert” everyone calls for help? Do you enjoy using AI, connecting software, and eliminating repetitive work? We want you on our team.
We’re looking for a hands-on technology problem-solver to work alongside our leadership team and staff to automate processes that support veterinary care and back-office operations, especially finance and repetitive tasks in the delivery of care.
What you’ll do
- Identify time-consuming tasks and build practical AI and automation solutions.
- Improve clinical workflows such as documentation, client communication, and follow-up, with veterinary oversight.
- Work with our veterinarians and support staff to identify and reduce unnecessary steps in the delivery of care.
- Help our finance team streamline invoice processing, reconciliation support, vendor spending analysis, and reporting.
- Connect software systems, organize data, and create useful dashboards.
- Test and maintain solutions, train staff, and protect confidential information.
What we’re looking for
- Significant hands-on computer experience and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Practical experience with AI tools, automation, software integrations, or scripting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technology clearly.
- Someone who can take an idea through implementation and ongoing support.
- Self-motivation, curiosity, and the ability to ask questions and identify problems independently are required.
- Discernment is exceptionally important. We want to automate out the work that distracts from the client/patient experience, so we can enhance the human touch.
No degree or certifications required. Self-taught applicants and personal projects are welcome. Experience with spreadsheets, NetSuite, ezyVet, or automation platforms helps, but isn't required.
You’ll work closely with the people who use what you build and see the impact in time saved, fewer errors, and better workflows.
To apply: Send a resume or brief summary of your experience and one or two examples of something you’ve built, automated, or improved. Tell us what problem you solved and how.
