Specific Job Functions:
- Partner closely with Business Bankers to receive warm introductions and transition new clients smoothly into the account opening process.
- Conduct online research to obtain and verify necessary customer documentation from public sources to facilitate the account opening process (e.g., Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, EIN verification).

- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) requirements.

- Serve as an immediate point of contact for client troubleshooting during the initial onboarding window.
- Drive Digital Self-Sufficiency by training clients to independently execute their first transaction, successfully moving them from "onboarded" to "empowered."
- Maintain a tight cadence of communication with Business Bankers and support departments to ensure internal alignment, operational synchronization, and seamless hand-offs throughout the client onboarding lifecycle.
- Uphold our commitment to client success by completing all service provisioning within a 24-hour service level agreement.
- Orchestrate a "Warm Transfer" of the relationship to Portfolio Managers or Branch staff through personal introductions, ensuring a seamless continuity of service and advocacy.
