The JOB:

Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agents have the opportunity to provide memorable guest experiences throughout their day. As one of the first team members that greet our guests, you have the opportunity to set the tone for the entire LaPlaya guest experience.  In addition, as one of the last team members guests' speaks with prior to checking out, you have an incredible opportunity to resulve any concerns they had throughout their stay. 

Positioned in the lobby of the resort the Front Desk is a hub for guests to receive information and ask questions about the property and the local area attractions. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to take ownership of guests from all backgrounds to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be able to stand, walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to work, weekends and evenings.
