What You’ll Do

• Wire electrical components on control panel backplates and enclosures using wiring schematics.
• Ensure wires, labels, colors, and terminations meet quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings and identify discrepancies before beginning work.
• Complete required checklists, documentation, and job time tracking.
• Mark drawing changes appropriately and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work with teammates to deliver quality control panels.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring schematics, with two years of experience.
• Two years of control panel wiring experience preferred.
• Two years of hand tool experience preferred.
• Familiarity with UL 508A and NEC preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand and bend for extended periods.

Schedule

Choose from two shifts:

• First shift: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Second shift: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Saturday availability is expected one Saturday per month, from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Overtime pay is available for eligible hours worked beyond 40 hours per week, in accordance with applicable law.
