 The JOB:   Turndown Attendant - Housekeeping  

As a Turndown Attendant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional turndown service and promptly respond to guest requests, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay. You will play an important role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering personalized service with efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the motivation to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nightly turndown service in guest rooms according to resort standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special accommodations.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and impeccably presented.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable experience that enhances overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, walk, climb stairs, bend and stoop
• Must be available to work 3:30 - 11:00 PM, and weekends
