We’re hiring Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanics to join our team serving commercial clients throughout Virginia, Maryland and DC area. If you take pride in your craft, enjoy leading projects and want to work for a company that invests in its people, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects
- Install, replace and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot installation issues and deliver high-quality workmanship
- Work closely with team members, project managers and customers
- Complete all work safely and in line with codes and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment and components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace
- [Preferred: EPA 608 certification, state mechanic or journeyman license, OSHA 10/30]
