Summary

The IT Staging Specialist-Senior applies advanced proficiency to independently manage moderate to complex staging and deployment work across the credit union's technology environment. This role handles higher-volume and more complex device configurations, provides guidance to less experienced team members, and contributes to process improvements that support consistent, high-quality technology delivery.

Essential Functions

• Provide advanced-level technical support to employees on Sunward technology systems, consistently meeting or exceeding ITS Service Level Agreements.
• Execute and refine staging and deployment processes for new technologies, coordinating with vendors, IT team members, and operational staff.
• Identify and apply tools and techniques to streamline end user device deployment; contribute to process improvement efforts.
• Drive configuration and testing of new technology prior to deployment, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Drive deployment of new technology, coordinating with operations staff to ensure smooth and timely rollouts.
• Provide guidance and share knowledge with less experienced staging staff; may assist with onboarding and training.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to staging, deployment, and technology standards.
• Identify and escalate project risks in accordance with organizational risk policies; communicate status and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, sharing relevant knowledge with the team.
