Your Role

As our Full-Time On-Call Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting resident health, safety, and continuity of care.

• Providing direct nursing care to residents when responding to an on-call need
• Supporting safe medication administration and management
• Supervising and assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Responding to changes in resident condition and urgent clinical needs
• Collaborating with nursing leadership and the care team to maintain high standards of resident care

The position includes regularly scheduled hours as well as on-call responsibilities. Time off from on-call duties is provided on a regular basis.

Pay range: $37-$40/based on experience (LPN); $40-$44/based on experience (RN) 

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license 
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to respond effectively to urgent resident care needs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
