The Senior Implementation Manager leads complex client implementations across our health center, pharmacy, TPA and care solutions lines. This is a hands-on senior role. You'll run your own projects end to end, coordinate across internal teams and outside partners, take on special projects as the business grows, and help shape how we implement at scale.
You will own a book of client implementations from sale to go-live and handoff to account management, often across more than one solution line.
Health centers
Site and provider setup, scheduling and access, member communication, eligibility, launch readiness
Pharmacy
PBM setup, plan design and formulary, eligibility and claims feeds, ID cards, early-claims monitoring after go-live
TPA (Health Plan Solutions)
Plan build, stop-loss and network coordination, eligibility and data feeds, claims funding and billing setup, plan documents
Care solutions
Program setup, referral and data flows, member outreach and engagement launch
Across every implementation, you will:
• Lead kickoff, set the timeline and keep every group current in Vera.
• Coordinate with brokers, client HR and finance, sales, account management and vendor partners.
• Explain funding, billing and reporting clearly to clients before go-live, not after.
• Identify risks early and escalate when a date or deliverable is in jeopardy.
• Run a documented handoff to account management, including the first 30 days after go-live.
Beyond your own book, you will:
• Lead special projects as assigned, such as integrating acquired businesses or launching new solution lines.
• Improve the implementation playbook, templates and handoff process.
• Share knowledge with and mentor newer implementation managers.
