- Employee Engagement: Assist with employee events, recognition efforts, internal communications, feedback initiatives, and projects that promote connection, satisfaction, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Help coordinate classroom and virtual training, maintain training calendars and materials, support new-hire and role-specific learning, assist with Learning Management System activities, and gather feedback on program effectiveness.
- Rotate among four HR team members to observe their day-to-day responsibilities and understand how the different HR functions collaborate.
- Assist with HR projects, employee communications, reference guides, reports, presentations, data entry, record maintenance, and process-improvement assignments.
- Provide responsive, professional service to HR customers.
- Protect applicant and employee information by following Bank policies and procedures related to confidentiality, data security, records, and authorized access.
