The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our die manufacturing process through comprehensive inspection and testing procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Evaluate non-conforming parts to determine salvageability and rework potential 

· Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records 

· Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues 

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

· Perform comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections on finished dies to ensure compliance with specifications 

· Select and implement appropriate inspection methodologies based on product requirements 

· Approve final product quality and release for shipment
