DecoArt is expanding our manufacturing operations and building a new weekend team at our Stanford Manufacturing Plant. 

We are currently hiring:

• Batchers
• Packers
• Machine Operators
• Material Handler
• Maintenance Technician

Manufacturing Weekend Schedule

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 6am - 6:30pm

Because this is a 12-hour weekend manufacturing schedule, employees assigned to this team will receive a $2.00 per-hour manufacturing weekend shift differential for hours worked on the shift.

Training Shift Schedule

Training will begin in November/December and will take place Monday-Thursday from 6am - 4:30pm. Once training is complete, employees will transition to the manufacturing weekend schedule beginning Friday, January 8, 2027.

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• A steady and consistent work history
• Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and assignments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful, proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• A friendly, professional, and cooperative demeanor
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and work for up to 12 hours per day
• Specialized positions may require additional skills or previous experience
