Relish Restaurant, located inside The Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor, is looking for a dependable, energetic Restaurant Expo to join our team!

As our Expo, you'll be the important connection between the kitchen and serving team, helping ensure every dish is accurate, beautifully presented, and delivered to our guests in a timely manner.   At Relish, you'll be part of a welcoming hospitality team that takes pride in great food, excellent service, and memorable guest experiences. If you're a team player who enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and restaurant servers.
• Review each dish for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
• Ensure meals are complete and include the correct sides, garnishes, and special requests.
• Communicate clearly with cooks and servers to keep service running smoothly.
• Prioritize orders and help maintain an efficient flow during busy meal periods.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary expo station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the restaurant team with additional duties as needed.
