Job Description:
Young At Heart Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team on the pharmacy floor as the Pharmacy Technician Operations Team Lead. We are seeking a leader who can work in collaboration with other leads to supervise fulfillment of customers' pharmaceutical orders.

Serve as dual-lead for the Pharmacy Operations Technician team, dispensing medication orders for all customers.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with and oversee completion of daily production schedules
o Ensure deliveries are complete and fulfilled on time
o Work with the Materials Management to maintain drug levels
o Pull and fill drugs daily
• Leadership and management
o Communicate company information
o Conduct stand-up team operational meetings
o Schedule technicians, ensuring coverage and usage of vacations
o Communicate with off-site team members and contractors as needed
o Monitor team members to encourage productivity
• Troubleshoot any issues as needed
• Contribute to the establishment of a continuous improvement culture
o Identify defects through the CPAS process
o Participate in improving operational procedures through rapid improvement process (RIP) sessions
• Assess training needs for the Pharmacy Operations team; schedule and coordinate necessary training
• Perform Goals & Objectives meetings with team members
o Meet with all direct reports at least once per quarter
o Discuss specific issues and goals
o Ensure that team members’ Goal's & Objective's are aligned with Key Imperatives
o Establish rapport with team members
• Other duties as assigned
Active pharmacy technician license from the Indiana Board of Pharmacy
