PRC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Edgewater community. If you enjoy fixing things, take pride in your work, and like helping create a comfortable environment for residents, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall work
• Assist with painting, patching and preparing apartments for new residents
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Help maintain the property, common areas and grounds
• Identify maintenance issues and report repairs requiring additional support
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of general maintenance or related experience
• Basic knowledge of residential or building repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, organized and able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
