The Service Advisor builds strong customer relationships, provides excellent customer service, and sells recommended services and repairs. Service Advisors will greet and consult customers on their needs, while providing value-added recommendations and education on our services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in-person or by phone
• Act as point of contact between technicians and customers
• Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive knowledge with at least 2 years of working experience as a Service Advisor
• Career-minded individuals looking to grow within the company
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Honesty and integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license
