We are seeking a qualified, dependable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the appropriate laboratory certification, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate and timely laboratory results to support quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze blood, body fluids, tissue, and other specimens to identify normal and abnormal findings.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments used for diagnostic testing.
• Prepare specimens for analysis and perform laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify microorganisms and analyze the chemical composition of bodily fluids, as applicable to assigned testing.
• Monitor tests and procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of results.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow established quality control and safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of specimens and laboratory materials.

Qualifications

• Must hold current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT).
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, specimen handling, and quality control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
