Bost Inc. is seeking a full-time ADDT Work Development Direct Support Professional for our Fort Smith location. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a high school diploma/GED. All applicants will also need to have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable to the agency’s insurance company. 

This position ensures the completion of job assignments in accordance with customer specifications, timelines and delivery dates through the direction and training of assigned consumer workers. This position develops work skills and oversees the completion of specific job assignments. In collaboration with other staff, this position assists in overall rehabilitation efforts of program participants. 

Work Days/Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
