The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing exceptional parts delivery service to customers, cultivating strong long-term client relationships, maintaining strict driving safety standards, and ensuring the basic upkeep and safe operation of company delivery vehicles.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Relations & Logistics
•  Relationship Building: Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing and building long-term, trusted client relationships.
•  Safe Delivery: Maintain a consistent, absolute focus on driving safety while transporting and delivering parts throughout the metropolitan area using maps and/or directions.
• Transaction Handling & Core Returns
•  Transaction Management: Handle cash and charge transactions correctly at the point of exchange.
•  Returns Processing: Process customer core and part returns appropriately and accurately.
• Fleet & Asset Maintenance
•  Vehicle Upkeep: Maintain the store delivery truck through strict adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure) is performed.
•  Asset Protection: Inspect, protect, and actively maintain all company assets, including merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary, alongside the stamina to stand and walk for an entire work shift. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Licensing & Navigation: Possession of a valid Driver's License and the ability to confidently navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directional tools.
• Clean driving record (MVR) free of major violations to meet company insurance standards.
•  Operational Flexibility: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
