Cavalier Distributing, Indiana’s premier craft beverage authority, is looking for a CDL-A Delivery Driver to join our team. You’ll be the face of our company, bringing the best craft drinks to local bars, restaurants, and stores.
The Pay & Perks
· $1,500 Sign-on Bonus to welcome you to the team!
· $25 - $27/ hour starting base pay based on experience.
· Big Bonus Potential! Up to $9,000+ per year in safety and performance bonuses.
· 4 Day Workweek for the ultimate work-life balance. (NOTE: Occasional overnight stays are required, but we’ve got you covered with hotel accommodations and a $50 daily per diem.)

Your Mission
You are the face of Cavalier. You’ll drive a box truck, hit the road, and deliver premium craft beverages across Indiana.
· Drive safe: Navigate your routes responsibly and follow all INDOT regulations.
· Get a workout: Unload and move heavy inventory like kegs and cases (up to 175lbs)
· Inspect: Run pre and post trip vehicle checks
· Manage: Keep paperwork accurate and handle basic payment management
Job Requirements
· A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and clean driving record (MVR)
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and HPE (Human Performance Evaluation)
· A solid understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving.
· Top-notch communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
· Basic math skills
