Do you love to travel? Crave variety in your workday? Are you a savvy senior living sales pro who's ready for a new challenge?
Join our team as a Sales Performance Specialist and take your sales expertise on the road. Every month is different: new communities, new teams, new challenges to solve. If you thrive on variety, love a good sales puzzle, and want your work to have real, visible impact across the company, this is your role.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You're not just another Sales Director. You're the specialist corporate calls in when a community needs a boost - a fresh set of eyes, hands-on coaching, or someone to steady the ship during a leadership transition. Think of yourself as a strategic partner and a sales force multiplier, rolled into one.
Sales Strategy & Performance Optimization
• Dig into occupancy, inquiry, tour, and conversion data to find what's working and what's not
• Spot the gaps and barriers hiding in the sales funnel
• Partner with EDs and Sales Directors to build real census growth strategies
• Live and breathe the sales standards: calls, biz dev, tours, home visits, events — all of it
• Run deep-dive performance reviews and build action plans that actually get executed
Coaching Communities With a CRD Already in Place
• Sharpen lead conversion
• Work the CRM call leads, call lost leads, follow up on every tour
• Level up relationship selling, tour effectiveness, follow-up cadence, and closing technique
• Get out into the community for outreach and business development
• Reinforce sales culture, standards, and accountability — every time
Step In When It Matters Most
When a Sales Director role goes vacant, you're the steady hand that keeps things moving:
• Inquiry response
• Lead management
• Tours
• Move-in pipeline
• CRM documentation
• Stabilizing occupancy through the transition
The Travel Life
This role is built for someone who wants a role, not a desk. Here's how it works:

• Travel to assigned communities as needed
• You'll stay in and immerse yourself in the community you're working, for the full shift

• A self-starter mentality, comfortable walking into a new community and building trust fast
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communities/priorities at once
• A results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for senior living
