Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments efficiently and accurately

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and responsibly

- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management

- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

- Valid Drivers License with clean MVR history

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime if required

- Must be able to pass drug and background screenings
