We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Install Lead who can confidently install complete comfort systems, perform system startups and basic diagnostics, and lead by example on every job. This role is responsible for mentoring and developing trainees, taking ownership of installation quality, and educating homeowners to ensure they feel confident and comfortable with their new systems.

Job Duties:

• Able to install all HVAC comfort systems offered by the company: Duct design, Layout, and full fabrication. 
• Able to properly perform full system startups on all systems other than, VRV and Zoning installations.
• Able to perform basic system diagnostics on systems that are not operating properly.
• Must have developed the necessary leadership skills which will allow for effective trainee growth and development.
• Must be willing to take 100% ownership of all installation mistakes and give away credit for all that went well.
• Must be able to educate the homeowners.
• Ensure a high level of confidence is felt by those homeowners on your installation projects 

• Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)
• Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency.
• Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication.
• Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers.
• Able to preform full system startups on all systems.
• Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.
• Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions.
