The Basics
- Residential HVAC experience preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license + acceptable driving record
- Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces & Georgia weather
- Able to pass pre-employment screening
- Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier equipment with assistance.
- Mobility: Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, crouch, and reach for extended periods.
- Climbing: Climb ladders and stairs and access attics, rooftops, and elevated work areas.
- Confined Spaces: Work in tight spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and mechanical rooms.
- Manual Dexterity: Use hand tools, handle small components, connect wiring, and perform detailed repairs.
- Pushing and Pulling: Move and maneuver equipment, tools, and materials.
- Vision and Hearing: Inspect equipment, read gauges and instructions, identify components, and recognize abnormal equipment sounds, with or without assistive devices.
- Environmental Conditions: Work in varying weather and temperatures, including heat, cold, humidity, dust, and noise.
- Driving: Operate a company vehicle and travel between customer locations, subject to applicable driving requirements.
- Safety: Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety policies.
Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday | 8 AM–5 PM
