The Lindi Corp is seeking experienced HVAC Salesperson to help us continue serving the Mesquite community! For over 15 years, The Lindi Corp has proudly provided plumbing and HVAC services to local residents and businesses. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions and wants to grow with a team that values quality service and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer comfort needs
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

• 2+ years of proven sales experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations, preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Experience presenting estimates, discussing pricing, and closing sales
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate customer records
• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
