About the Opportunity

The Resolution Services Team provides expert support throughout the entire resolution process. Our team members help reduce the challenges of conducting investigations and live hearings by filling gaps in internal resources via on-site or remote.

Under the direction of the Director of Resolution Services, the Senior Title IX–EEO–Civil Rights Investigator conducts impartial investigations and resolution processes involving allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, student code violations, and related matters involving students, faculty, or staff. Senior Investigators are expected to follow client policies and GRS standards throughout the resolution process. Additional duties may include participating in hearings (as chair or panel member), drafting decision reports, supporting informal resolutions, or advising during proceedings. Strong writing, analytical skills, and adherence to deadlines are essential.
