When senior leaders connect across classified networks, the call cannot drop. As QBE's VTC Engineer at Quantico, you will own the infrastructure that makes secure video collaboration possible, from bridges and codecs to the STIGs that keep it all compliant.
QBE is seeking a VTC/AV Engineer to engineer, administer, and sustain enterprise video teleconferencing infrastructure for a Department of War agency across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS enclaves, including secure VTC. You will manage VTC bridges and management platforms (e.g., Cisco Meeting Server/TMS, Expressway, Webex/Zoom for Government room integrations), room system codecs and endpoints, and scheduling and monitoring; provide Tier II/III resolution for escalated VTC incidents; maintain VTC Service Readiness to the PRS availability standard; lead VTC site surveys and installation projects; and ensure VTC systems are STIG-compliant and RMF-ready. As a TS/SCI privileged user, you will support classified VTC on SIPRNet and JWICS. You will independently analyze situations, determine the appropriate course of action, and exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to the program and its customers.
If you are an engineer who can read a SIP trace, design a room, and keep an executive call flawless, we would like to talk with you.
