We are seeking a skilled Stick Welder to join our team. 

In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow their welding career in a stable and professional work environment.

AWS Welding Certification is preferred but not required. Candidates who meet job requirements but are not currently certified may be eligible for company-supported certification assistance and training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure and prepare materials for fabrication and welding
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
• Perform welding on metal components in various positions
• Use grinders and other tools to prepare surfaces and finish welds
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Repair and modify equipment and metal structures as needed

Qualifications:

• AWS Welding Certification preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year of stick welding experience required
• Prefer 2+ years welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with rigging / forklift operation a plus
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work in outdoor environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
