The Southern District YMCA is launching a brand-new preschool program at our Hampton Center, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and caring Lead Preschool Teacher to help bring it to life!

This isn't just another teaching position. It's an exciting opportunity to help shape a new program, create an engaging classroom environment, and make a lasting impact on children ages 3–5.

What You'll Do

• Help build and shape our new preschool program!
• Bring creativity, energy, and fun into the classroom.
• Develop exciting, hands-on learning experiences.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where little learners can thrive.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Lead and inspire a team that shares your passion for early childhood education.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for working with young children.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in early childhood education.
• Must meet NH Lead Teacher qualifications.
