JOB SUMMARY

The Seasonal Production Associate will provide production and sales support to meet the business demands of Front Row Popcorn while maintaining a positive attitude.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Each Seasonal Production Associate will be assigned tasks from the following list of responsibilities:

• Producing
• Packaging
• Assembly
• Labeling
• Heat Sealing
• Dishes, sweeping and cleaning up
• Use of production equipment (Popper, Glazer, Tumbler, Kettle)
• Drizzling popcorn
• Cutting fudge
• Assembling Gift Sets
• Point of Sale (Cash Register)
• Stock store
• Rotate products
• Attendance
• Customer service 
• Teamwork
• Working with urgency
• Ability to work under pressure
• Time Management
• Keep store clean and orderly
• Keep production area clean and orderly 
• Must abide by agency, state, CARF, OSHA and Health Department regulations and procedures
• Complete all training within the required timeframe
• Other duties as assigned by the Director 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Move and lift to 25 pounds without assistance
• Move and lift to 50 pounds with assistance
• Stand for long periods of time 
• Sit for long periods of time
• Bend, lift overhead, squat, kneel and climb

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent verbal communication
• Ability to follow direction
• Knowledge of food production practices 
• Work independently

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Must be 15 years or older
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Retail and/or production experience preferred
