Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled, dependable Carpenter to join our team and support a variety of construction and installation projects throughout the Omaha metro area.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. The Carpenter will perform general and finish carpentry, cabinetry and millwork installation, punch-list work, and other project needs as assigned.

The ideal candidate is an experienced carpenter with strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Cabinet installation experience is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

• Perform general and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial projects
• Install cabinets, millwork, trim, molding, hardware, and related finish materials
• Complete demolition, framing, repairs, modifications, and other carpentry work as needed
• Accurately measure, cut, fit, level, and install materials
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, measurements, and installation specifications
• Make field adjustments and troubleshoot installation or construction issues
• Complete punch-list items and warranty/service work
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Load, unload, transport, and properly care for tools and materials
• Communicate professionally with project managers, supervisors, customers, trade partners, and other team members
• Follow company safety standards and jobsite requirements
• Assist with a variety of construction and installation needs as projects require

What We're Looking For

• Previous carpentry or construction experience
• Strong finish carpentry skills preferred
• Cabinet installation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, level, and install materials
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate professionally and work well with others
• Willingness to assist wherever needed and adapt to changing project needs
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout the Omaha metro area

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and working in active construction environments. Employees must be able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver construction materials, tools, cabinetry, and related products, with assistance when appropriate.
