Alan Ritchey, Inc. is hiring Seasonal CDL-A Solo Drivers for dedicated routes based out of Hutchins, TX. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking to earn competitive pay during a short-term seasonal assignment while being home daily.

Pay:  $0.90 CPM 

Position Details

• Pay: $0.90 CPM
• Bonus: $500 upon successful completion of the full season
• Estimated Season Dates: November 30 – December 19, 2026
• Home Daily
• Weekly Mileage: Solo drivers average 1,900–2,300 miles per week
• Dispatch Times: Between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM
• Routes: Dedicated solo routes
• Freight: Drop & Hook,  No-touch

• 2024–2025 Freightliner Cascadia
• Equipped with state-of-the-art safety technologies

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience
• No more than 2 driving violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI, DWI, or felony convictions in the last 7 years
• Must meet all applicable DOT qualifications
• Must be available for the full seasonal assignment
