Our Senior Software Engineer will share a key role on our team. A Senior Software Engineer will be full stack and must have knowledge in all stages of software development. Will work alongside other software, QA, and data engineers, collaborating on multiple layers of custom software and infrastructure for a variety of in-house web applications.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Contribute to the overall architecture of our platform and applications 
• Ability to own and deliver end-to-end features of increasing complexity (systems thinking) 
• Collaborates with the rest of the IT team to design and launch those new features 
• Develops next generation technology while bringing fresh ideas to the organization 
• Focus to be on overall product quality and user experience 
• Takes initiative and is responsible for technical solution to data quality and workflow changes 
• Determines operational feasibility of emerging requirements and changes to technology 
• Holds solid understanding of security implementation and data protection 
• Embraces documentation but understands the balance 
• Partners with Product team to refine requirements 
• Perform various other related duties as prescribed by organization and departmental need 

EXPERIENCE & PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES 

• 10+ years of experience in software development 
• Deep expertise with Microsoft technology and require no direction (.NET, etc) 
• Experience with working with cloud providers and understanding standard services like computing, storage, serverless computing, relational databases, etc. 
• Leverage AI as a force multiplier while still being able to certify the output. Able to provide clear instructions and artifacts to get the expected result faster 
• Knowledge of code repositories like Git, GitHub 
• Building and evolving CI/CD process and pipeline 
• Experience refining requirements and helping build product backlog 
• Familiarity with software provisioning, configuration management, and deployment tools (Terraform or Ansible for example). 
• Prior experience in risk management, compliance, UCC, public record, finance or legal industry nice to have
