LPN/LVN – Night Shift | $28–$32/Hour + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus | Flexible Scheduling Available

Looking for a night-shift role that still gives you real flexibility and a strong team?

We’re hiring an LPN/LVN for our residential recovery program. The primary need is nights, but we offer flexible scheduling options so the role can work with your life—not against it. You’ll earn $28–$32 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Why This Role Stands Out

Night shift doesn’t have to mean rigid or exhausting. At Apex Recovery you’ll work in a supportive residential setting focused on addiction and behavioral health recovery. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, have clear expectations, and benefit from scheduling flexibility that helps protect your work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

Under the Nurse Manager, you’ll provide direct and indirect patient care with a focus on safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Assessing clients’ physical and behavioral health needs and updating individualized care plans
  • Administering medications safely (including controlled substances), monitoring response, and documenting thoroughly
  • Managing admissions and discharges efficiently
  • Educating clients and families on medications, side effects, and recovery support
  • Partnering with therapists, physicians, and program staff during treatment team meetings and unit activities
  • Giving clear shift reports and helping maintain a safe, respectful environment

What We Offer

  • $28–$32 per hour
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Flexible scheduling available (primary need is day shift)
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Mission-driven work in a residential recovery setting
  • Structured processes so you can focus on quality care
  • Competitive benefits (discussed in the interview process)

What You Bring

  • Current, active LPN/LVN license
  • Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or social services is strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfort with computers (Microsoft, Google, and willingness to learn Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Physical ability to move throughout residential settings and lift up to 25 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)

Standard Expectations

  • Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational industry policies regarding confidentiality.
  • Complies with State, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to the person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
