Job Responsibilities

• Support electrical engineering design and analysis for a variety of projects
• Assist with the preparation of electrical plans, specifications, calculations, and construction documents
• Participate in field investigations, site visits, and data collection activities
• Learn and apply electrical engineering principles related to power distribution, lighting, communications, and other building or infrastructure systems 
• Support project teams with research, engineering studies, and technical documentation 
• Assist in the development of project cost estimates and material quantity takeoffs
• Help maintain project files, records, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of two years of completed coursework. Power systems experience, coursework, or interest preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Very strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, organized, monitors own work to ensure quality, and meet deadlines
• The ability to concentrate on complex problems for extended periods of time
• Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle for travel between jobsites
• To be able to physically perform work in the field 
• To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
