Position Summary

The Agronomy Applicator is responsible for the safe and accurate application of crop protection products, fertilizers, and other agricultural products to customer fields. This position operates application equipment, assists with agronomy operations, and provides quality service to customers while following all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other agricultural products according to work orders, product labels, and      application requirements.
• Operate, inspect, clean, and maintain sprayers, spreaders, tender trucks, and other agronomy equipment.
• Safely handle, mix, load, transport, and store agricultural chemicals and fertilizers.
• Complete application records, field documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs, damage, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain application equipment, facilities, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with loading, unloading, inventory management, and other daily agronomy operations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekend availability 

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required or willingness to obtain, as applicable to the position.
• Appropriate pesticide applicator certification or willingness to obtain required certifications.
