Overture Home Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM in Red Oak, Texas, as well as varying shifts in the greater Dallas area.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable providing overnight care to seniors in their homes. Ideal candidates will also have flexibility and a willingness to pick up additional shifts throughout the Dallas area as needed. Schedule & Availability

• Primary Location: Red Oak, TX
• Primary Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Overnights)
• Must be available and comfortable working overnight shifts
• Willingness to accept additional shifts in Dallas and surrounding areas
• Flexibility to assist with other clients and schedules as opportunities become available

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfer assistance
• Provide attentive overnight supervision and assistance to ensure client safety and comfort
• Assist with nighttime routines, repositioning, and mobility needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

• Ability to reliably commute to Red Oak, TX for 8 PM–8 AM overnight shifts

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must work a minimum of one shift per week
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients with mobility
