Prior OB/GYN experience is a plus, but we also value candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to providing an excellent patient experience.

Why You'll Enjoy Working Here

We believe excellent patient care starts with an excellent team. Our physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members work together to provide high-quality, compassionate care to women throughout different stages of their lives.

We are committed to creating a workplace where team members feel supported, continue to learn, and understand how their work contributes to the care of our patients.

  • A patient-centered culture focused on providing responsive, compassionate, high-quality care.
  • A team that values your contribution and encourages employees to ask questions, share ideas, and help us continuously improve.
  • A variety of clinical experiences supporting patients throughout their reproductive and gynecologic healthcare journeys.

What You'll Do

As a CMA or LPN, you will support our providers and patients throughout the clinical visit, helping ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtain and accurately document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and other relevant patient information in NextGen.
  • Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies for patient visits and clinical procedures.
  • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with gynecologic examinations, prenatal visits, and office-based      procedures.
  • Perform blood draws, collect and prepare laboratory specimens, and complete approved point-of-care testing within your      training and authorized scope.
  • Assist with non-stress testing (NSTs) and other diagnostic procedures as trained and directed.
  • Provide patients with approved educational materials and reinforce provider instructions.
  • Support timely communication of patient questions, concerns, and clinical information to the appropriate licensed clinical      team member.
  • Assist with coordinating follow-up appointments, referrals, laboratory work, and other patient care needs.
  • Accurately document clinical activities and maintain organized patient records.
  • Clean, disinfect, and restock examination rooms and assist with instrument sterilization according to practice protocols.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality and follow HIPAA, infection prevention, and patient safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, administrative staff, and other members of the care team.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and process improvements to support quality care and efficient patient flow.

All clinical duties are performed according to applicable New Jersey scope-of-practice requirements, appropriate provider direction, training, competency, and practice policies. Responsibilities may vary by credential and authorization.

What Success Looks Like

Successful clinical team members are compassionate, dependable, and attentive to the needs of both patients and colleagues. They communicate clearly, anticipate the needs of providers, follow through on details, and help create a calm and supportive environment for patients.
