We're expanding our presence throughout the Midwest and need someone who can strengthen relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and industry leaders while creating new opportunities in commercial and large-loss restoration.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with insurance carriers, Executive General Adjusters (EGAs), Large Loss Adjusters, and claims leadership.
• Develop strategic partnerships that drive referrals and new business opportunities.
• Expand our presence in commercial, industrial, and complex-loss markets.
• Represent Paul Davis at industry events, conferences, carrier meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate educational presentations and training opportunities for insurance partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strengthen client relationships.
• Track account activity, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for continued growth.

What You Bring

• Established relationships within the property insurance, claims, or restoration industry.
• Experience in business development, insurance carrier relations, or strategic account management.
• Knowledge of commercial property claims and large-loss restoration.
• A natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and turn relationships into opportunities.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• A self-driven, strategic mindset with a passion for growing business.
