Office Administrator
Description

Join Our Team at Humble Sign Co

At Humble Sign Co., we’re on a mission to become THE Best Dang Sign Company in Texas! We fabricate, install, and service commercial signage for businesses across the nation, and behind every project is a team of people who care about doing great work and helping each other succeed.

We’re looking for a personable, proactive Office Administrator who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly and helping people feel connected. From making sure we have what we need for the workday to helping pull together a team celebration, you’ll play a part in making Humble a great place to work.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re the person who notices when something needs to be done and jumps in to help. You like bringing order to a busy day, following through on the details, and getting to know the people around you. You’re comfortable working independently at the front desk, but you also enjoy being involved with the team.

We’d love someone who brings ideas of their own—whether that’s a better way to organize supplies, a fun employee activity, or a fresh idea for our newsletter. You can take a project from initial direction through completion while checking in with the team on priorities.

  • Keep the front desk and shared office areas tidy, organized, and ready for daily use.

  • Help prepare employee announcements, newsletters, and other internal communications.
  • Assist with occasional company culture content for social media and other light marketing projects as needed.
  • Handle overflow calls that reach the front desk and direct callers to the appropriate person. Our phone system handles primary call routing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration or a similar administrative support role.
  • Experience helping coordinate employee events or team activities.
  • Experience creating newsletters, simple visual materials, or social media content.
