Heartline Staffing is hiring a Project Manager for Commercial Restoration in Walled Lake, Michigan.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead large-scale commercial property reconstruction and repair projects following fire, water, wind, or storm damage
• Restore properties to pre-loss condition while upholding high standards of customer care and quality
• Balance structural construction management with insurance claim logistics
• Support commercial clients, property managers, and stakeholders during high-stress recovery periods

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• On-site position in Walled Lake, Michigan

• Coordination with trade partners, subcontractors, internal field crews, estimators, and insurance adjusters

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage large-scale commercial restoration and repair projects from start to finish
• Formulate, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure job profitability
• Deliver exceptional communication and outcomes for commercial clients, property managers, and stakeholders
• Build project timelines and coordinate trade partners, subcontractors, and internal field crews
• Collaborate with estimating and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs reflect the approved scope of work

• 5+ years of dedicated commercial project management experience REQUIRED
• Proven experience estimating and managing large commercial projects, with strong working knowledge of the insurance restoration process REQUIRED
• Professional mastery of Xactimate REQUIRED
• Professional mastery of Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling software) and standard construction management platforms REQUIRED
• Ability to operate with high integrity as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Local candidates preferred
