Holbrook Heating Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Albany Capital Region.

We are an established HVAC company looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers find the best heating and cooling solutions for their homes.

Responsibilities

· Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.

· Present HVAC equipment options and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Prepare estimates and explain equipment, financing options, and installation processes.

· Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

· Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

· Work closely with installation teams and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

· Previous sales experience required; HVAC or in-home sales experience strongly preferred.

· Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

· Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.

· Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively.

· Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

· Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software.

Compensation & Benefits

· 100% commission-based compensation with excellent earning potential.

· Paid training for up to 90 days to help you transition into the position.
