Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and understands the importance of keeping our showroom, customer areas, offices, and restrooms clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the dealership showroom, offices, customer lounge, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other assigned areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Clean glass doors, interior windows, and other glass surfaces.
• Dust furniture, counters, desks, and showroom fixtures.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in employee areas and designated service department areas.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards promptly.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cleaning supplies as required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean customer environment.
