Description

Denbright Dental Labs is seeking a detail-driven Accounting Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations — managing accounts payable, inventory and purchasing, and payroll processing. If you love numbers, take pride in accuracy, and want your work to directly support a thriving dental laboratory, we’d love to meet you.

Why You'll Love This Role

· Variety: Own three core functions — AP, inventory/purchasing, and payroll — so no two days look the same.

· Impact: Your accuracy keeps production running, vendors paid, and employees paid on time.

· Growth: Work with modern tools like NetSuite and the Zimbus inventory system while deepening your accounting expertise.

What You'll Do

Accounts Payable & Accounting Support

· Process vendor invoices with proper coding and approval.

· Manage vendor accounts and respond to payment-status inquiries.

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

· Prepare and process payments following company approval procedures.

· Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.

· Help uphold internal controls around vendor payments and financial transactions.

· Analyze accounting reports and identify discrepancies or errors for correction.

· Support the accounting team with financial reporting and departmental requests.

Inventory & Purchasing

· Manage the Zimbus inventory system, maintaining accurate, real-time records of all lab products and materials.

· Work in NetSuite to process inventory transactions, purchase orders, and related accounting entries.

· Purchase products and materials for the lab — obtaining vendor quotes, comparing pricing, and placing orders with approved suppliers.

· Track and safeguard high-end small products, ensuring proper handling, storage, and accountability for valuable items.

· Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to keep production supplied while minimizing excess stock.

· Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.

· Keep organized purchasing and inventory records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Payroll

· Process payroll accurately in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

· Review payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.

· Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.

· Reconcile payroll data and ensure the accuracy of payroll records.

· Assist with payroll reporting and payroll-related compliance activities.

· Support year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting and documentation.

· Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and financial processes.
