This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the storage and distribution operations of products and materials. This role will manage and drive continuous improvement related to warehouse operations and be responsible for warehouse leadership, including employee performance and development. In addition, this role will oversee inventory control and company-wide safety and quality standards.

• Manage, train, and develop the warehouse operations team
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures, driving efficiency and continuous improvement of warehouse operations
• Ensure efficient and effective processing, shipping, receiving, and storage of products
• Lead WMS system improvement efforts
• Establish, implement, and drive KPI’s related to warehouse processes
• Oversee company-wide quality program
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment through establishing and enforcing company standards, procedures, and regulations
• Provide clear communication and work with peers to accomplish company goals
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory reporting
• Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance of direct reports
• Encourage and drive a strong team dynamic
• Develop, plan, and oversee departmental budgets

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management and a solid track record of leadership
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is desirable but not required
• Experience with NetSuite and WMS systems preferred 
• Understanding of logistics terminology and tools
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented and solution-oriented with “out-of-the-box” solutions
• Efficient time management skills
