ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Dishwasher to join our culinary team!

Our dishwashers play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring our culinary team has everything they need to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized and running efficiently.
• Clean kitchen equipment and appliances as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and promptly clean up spills.
• Remove trash and clean garbage containers.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Dependable, punctual and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and perform physical kitchen duties.
• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
