Dynasty Financial Partners seeks a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to be the technology owner for a book of Dynasty’s Network Partners, the independent RIA firms that run and grow their practices on Dynasty’s technology ecosystem. PSMs are product experts in Dynasty’s proprietary platforms. They also oversee the work that turns Dynasty’s proprietary and third-party tools into one integrated experience for each partner. This role combines relationship management, program and project management, and technology enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Proprietary Platform Expertise
- Become the subject-matter expert on Dynasty’s proprietary platforms, including features, workflows, release changes, and roadmap
- Know how proprietary tools connect to partner CRM, performance reporting, and financial planning systems, and where the integration gaps are
- Serve as the partner-facing voice of Product and Engineering on releases and rollouts, and carry partner feedback back as structured product insight
Program & Project Management (Integrated Tech Experience)
- Own each partner’s technology roadmap across the full stack: proprietary platforms, CRM, reporting, planning, and Resource Partner (vendor) solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (implementations, migrations, integrations, rollouts) from scoping through delivery, with clear plans, owners, timelines, and status reporting
- Coordinate Dynasty’s internal teams (CRM, Tech Education & Enablement, Product & Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management, Marketing) and Resource Partners to deliver against those plans
- Manage vendor performance on partner work: escalations, data audits, permissions, and support coordination
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary technology point of contact for assigned Network Partners
- Run recurring strategic technology reviews that assess utilization, benchmark against best practices, and tie technology decisions to each firm’s growth goals
- Proactively spot adoption gaps, risks, and expansion opportunities before they become issues
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable guidance for advisors and operations teams
- Travel onsite to partner offices approximately 4-6 times annually
Technology Training & Adoption
- Assess each partner’s training needs and build their adoption plan, partnering with Tech Education & Enablement to deliver it
- Lead best-practice sharing across Network Partners and document the outcomes
- Contribute to the shared knowledge base, guides, and training content, using the standard templates and tools of the Tech Education & Enablement team
- 5-7 years of experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services, in client success, technology consulting, business analysis, or project/program management
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder technology projects end to end
- Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred), performance reporting (Black Diamond, Addepar), or financial planning (eMoney, MoneyGuide) platforms
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint; Power Automate and Power Apps a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Successful Candidates Will
- Go deep on proprietary products and understand how they integrate across the stack
- Manage competing priorities across a book of partners without dropping delivery
- Earn credibility with sophisticated advisory firms, and with Product, Engineering, and vendors
- Own outcomes: adoption, partner satisfaction, and on-time delivery of initiatives
- Communicate clearly in writing and in presentations
