Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician 3 to join our team! Whether you're just getting started in maintenance or have experience with general repairs, we'll provide the opportunity to build your skills while making a real difference for our residents.

What You'll Do

· Complete maintenance work orders and apartment repairs.

· Prepare apartments for new residents through unit turns.

· Help maintain beautiful grounds and curb appeal.

· Perform painting, cleaning, and general property maintenance.

· Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and property safety.

· Provide outstanding customer service to residents while keeping the community safe and well maintained. 

We're Looking For Someone Who...

· Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems.

· Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.

· Works well independently and as part of a team.

· Has basic knowledge of hand tools and general repairs.

· Can work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Is willing to participate in an on-call rotation.

What We Offer

· Hours: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm 

· Benefits: Health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays off.

· Compensation: Up to $18 hourly, based on experience.
