HITRUST is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Product Management to lead product strategy across HITRUST’s core platform and emerging ecosystem platform, including MyCSF and Jupiter. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role is responsible for building and scaling the Product Management function, aligning product strategy with the HITRUST CSF framework, and driving measurable business outcomes. 

This leader will translate company strategy into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps, strengthen product operating discipline, and ensure alignment across departments. The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise SaaS product expertise with strong governance instincts and a proven ability to scale multi-product portfolios in regulated or compliance-driven environments. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

• Lead product strategy across MyCSF and Jupiter
• Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategy for MyCSF and Jupiter
• Translate company strategy into clear, prioritized, and measurable product roadmaps
• Align product priorities with CSF framework evolution and certification operations
• Own and track key product metrics, including adoption, retention, ecosystem engagement, and business impact
• Ensure portfolio-level coherence across platforms, capabilities, and long-term vision 

Product Organization Leadership

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Product Management and Product Strategy function
• Establish strong product management discipline, governance, and operating cadence
• Improve discovery, validation, prioritization, and delivery alignment practices 
• Develop talent through coaching, clear role definition, and performance accountability
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence 

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure effective sequencing, execution quality, and resource alignment 
• Coordinate with Standards leadership to anticipate framework changes and translate them into product opportunities
• Collaborate with Certification, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure product readiness and go-to-market alignment 
• Drive clarity of ownership and shared accountability across cross-functional initiatives 

Governance & Execution

• Lead the Product Steering Committee and institutionalize structured portfolio decision-making
• Establish and manage a formal innovation intake and evaluation process
• Drive quarterly planning cycles with transparent roadmaps and clearly defined outcomes
• Ensure clarity of ownership, accountability, and measurable success criteria across initiatives
• Connect product investments to measurable business results, including growth, retention, and ecosystem expansion 

Required Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of product management experience within  enterprise SaaS environments
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-product  portfolios across platform and ecosystem models
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, or  regulated markets
• Proven success building and scaling product  organizations
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and  stakeholder management capabilities
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution  skills
• Experience implementing product operating models that balance innovation with disciplined delivery
